SWEAT STUDIO CLASSES

TRX

TRX, TRX Boot Camp, and TRX Circuit classes are heart pumping, strength training cardio work outs using your own body weight with TRX Suspension Training equipment and other fitness tools to create a dynamic metabolic workout. BBB (Barre, Bosu, Bounce) is a combination of Cardio, Ballet, and Strength training. This heart pumping, low impact class is a sure fat blaster. Using Barre work,  Bosu Balance Balls, and our mini trampolines you'll improve your posture, flexibility, coordination, strength, and stamina.

ZUMBA

Hip-hop and Latin Dance styles meet in a cardio class that's more than a workout, it's a party! You've seen the infomercials and the videos on TV, come check it out in person and boogie yourself slim. This is an ALL LEVELS class.

 *ZUMBATOMIC KIDS (SOLD AS SINGLE CLASSES ONLY $12)

This class is for kids only. Introduce your little one (7-12) to the benefits of exercise with ZUMBA. Zumbatomic® classes are high-energy fitness-parties that offer real results. Packed with specially choreographed routines and the latest music, like hip-hop, reggaeton and cumbia, Zumbatomic classes increase focus and self-confidence, boost metabolism and improve coordination. More than just a great reason to head to the gym, Zumbatomic classes make getting fit a fun family experience too. All levels, boys and girls are welcome.

 SWEAT EXTREME

  This class has an emphasis on Plyometrics-. exercise training designed to produce fast, powerful movements, and improve the functions of the nervous system, generally for the purpose of improving performance in sports. These excersises use the strength, elasticity and innervation of muscle and surrounding tissues to jump higher, run faster, throw farther, or hit harder. You may use medicine balls, bosu balls, free weights or just your own body; Anything goes in this heart pumping class. Bring Tennis shoes, a towel, and be prepared to SWEAT!

SWEAT BOXING

Technique and Cardio at it's best! Gloves are required for this class and are available for purchase at Sweat Pilates.Gloves are provided free for first time students.Learn and develop the basics of punching, kicking, and boxing while conditioning the entire body. Joseph Marshall is a Third Degree Black Belt in the Korean Martial Art of Tae Kwon Do and has been practicing martial arts since the age of 3. Joseph has now developed a new workout that uses the focus and techniques you would find in a karate class, combined with the high energy and fast pace training of a cardio class.  This class is great for developing and building self-confidence, balance, focus, and hand-eye coordination. Be prepared for a fun workout and a great sweat. Bring water and a towel. Please wear cross-training, tennis, or boxing shoes.

ROUNDHOUSE CARDIO KICKBOXING

You'll punch and kick your imaginary Nemesis' a** to a motivating soundtrack, while working your entire body to a sweaty pulp. This class keeps on beat to give a full cardiovascular workout and to challenge you to be...MORE. Be prepared to push yourself both mentally and physically while improving strength and coordination. No contact. No gloves. No crying. Wear tennis shoes, bring water--and a towel is highly recommended.

FIGHTCLUB CONDITIONING

It's Joseph's house again! But this class is "the other side of boxing". Gloves are not mandatory in this class. If you have plateaus you need to push through this class will be a surprise party for your body. Speed up your metabolism and torch the calories while you train like Ali and Pacquiao with proven footwork, agility, strength, and cardio drills to improve your overall fitness. This is what goes down before you put the gloves on to be prepared to last for rounds. Fight Club Conditioning is beyond boxing. Hey, most of us won't pursue a career in professional boxing, but it wouldn't hurt to become a lean mean fighting machine just in case.


*JUNIOR BOXING (SOLD AS SINGLE CLASSES ONLY $12)

Kids kickboxing. Ages 9-15. Boys and Girls. Let your little ones get a strong foundation! This class is focused on technique and discipline. Through the use of shadow boxing and heavy bags, they will learn the proper ways to punch and kick, and develop boxing and movement skills-- all wrapped up in a fun cardio class. Kids Boxing Gloves are required for this class. They are available for purchase at Sweat Pilates, and at some major sporting goods stores. Bring your own gloves (or purchase some,) tennis shoes, a towel, water, a good attitude, and be prepared to SWEAT!

 

GYROFUSION

A Sweat Studio original, this class is based on the principles of Gyrotonics, Gyrokenisis, Pilates, and a heap of other stuff we don't have names for. People claim to "feel taller" and "more aligned" after this class.Barbara is very well versed in the subject of spine rotation, her goal is to give you the benefits of these philosophies in a simplified class. You may use towels, discs, bamboo poles, TRX Suspension straps, and/or a host of other gadgets. Low impact, strength, flexibility, and core work.

8 Classes--$149 Montlhy Pass (Autopay Contract not available)

11 Classes-- $ 179 Monthly Pass (*$169.15 with Autopay Contract)

14 Classes-- $ 209 Monthly Pass (*$199.59 with Autopay Contract)

18 Classes-- $ 239 Monthly Pass (*$229.44 with Autopay Contract)

21 Classes--$273 Monthly Pass (*$262.08 with Autopay Contract)

Unlimited Classes--$300 Monthly pass (This package includes a $12 late cancel/no show fee for missed classes)

Autopay Contracts


Save 4-6% (about $10) and have the convenience of Automatic Payments by purchasing an Autopay Contract Monthly Pass. You can cancel at any time online, or notify us--but there are NO REFUNDS. Be sure to cancel before your paydate to avoid the next Automatic charge. Click on the "contracts" tab in the Online Store to purchase.

8 Hour Cancellation Policies

For clients with Count Packages (ie 6X, 8X,11X, or 14X 30 Day All Class Packages) any cancellation 8 hours or less before class time qualifies as a Minimum Late Cancel and results in class forfeiture. Clients with Count Packages do not incur late fees for Late Cancellations. You will lose your class as if you had attended it, no additional fees will apply.

Clients with "UNLIMITED" CLASS PACKAGES (ie. $229 Unlimited Auto Pay, $199 Monthly Unlimited AutoPay Contract, 90 Days/6 Months of Sweat, and $250 Unlimited All Class Package) who fail to cancel any reservation 8 hours or more before class time will be charged a late fee. . If you fail to cancel your reservation at least 8 hours before your class time  If you cancel your class 8 hours before class time it is a Minimum Late Cancel ($15), if you cancel 2 hours or less before class time it is a Maximum Late Cancel ($20). (FEES ONLY APPLICABLE TO UNLIMITED PACKAGES).
